Spring Pack

After the dark winter months it is so refreshing to head into spring with songs and activities based on new life and growth. There is an abundance of music which celebrates spring and the subject crosses many genres.
 
In this pack I will share with you some of the many finger plays which on the theme of growing and coming to life which are perfect for spring. Through the information in the songs and rhymes the children will not only be extending their language but they will also be gaining knowledge of how the world around them works. As the weather improves the teacher can begin to take music outside of the classroom, literally, I try and do this on a regular basis and it certainly changes the music experience.
